Description
Ingredients:
6 eggs
2 carrots
300 gr. prawn tail Cocktail First P
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt
3 chopped pickles
olive oil
In a saucepan with water and salt, cook the 6 eggs for 12 minutes.
While in a frying pan we sauté the two carrots cut into very small cubes.
In a bowl we put the tablespoons of mayonnaise, the yolks of the boiled eggs, the mustard, the chopped pickles, the carrots and salt. Mix everything with a spoon and set aside. We cut the Cocktail First prawn tails, reserving one prawn tail for garnish and mix them in the bowl.
Filled the eggs using a pastry bag.
