Ingredients:
6 scallops
Peeled Prawn Tails Cocktail First
1 onion
50 gr. butter
50 gr. flour
Milk
Grated cheese
We cut the onion, the scallops (separating them from their shells and reserving them) and the thin prawn tails.
In a frying pan we brown the onion, when it is golden, we add the scallops and the prawn tails, mark them and set aside.
In this same pan we melt the butter, add the flour and mix. When it is toasted, add the milk little by little without stopping stirring until you get a béchamel.
Add the seafood and let cool slightly.
We fill the shells with the mixture while we preheat the oven to 180º, we bake the shells with the mixture with grated cheese on top for about 10 minutes.
