Ingredients:
6 large volovanas
300 ml. milk
170 gr. hake fillets
100 gr. prawn tails Cocktail First P.
½ onion
1 teaspoon of flour.
grated cheese to gratin
olive oil, salt. parsley.
In a frying pan with a splash of olive oil, sauté the very small chopped onion. When it is golden, add the also chopped hake and add a pinch of salt. When the fish is cooked, pour in the Cocktail First P. prawn tails and mix everything well. Add the teaspoon of flour, melt, and the milk, stirring constantly until you obtain a béchamel.
Place the volovanes on a tray covered with baking paper and fill them, with the help of a pastry bag, with the shrimp tail and hake mixture. Add the grated cheese on top and gratin at maximum power for about 5 minutes. until the cheese is melted.
Garnish with small chopped parsley on top.
