200 gr. spaghetti
1 bay leaf
8-10 pieces of surimi Cocktail First
4 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Parsley
A pinch of garlic powder
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water with a pinch of salt and bay leaf.
Meanwhile, put the olive oil in a large frying pan and when it is hot, add the finely sliced garlic and the surimi cut into pieces.
When the garlic begins to brown, immediately add the well-drained pasta and stir well so that the garlic does not burn.
After about 3 min. Add the chopped parsley, salt to taste and a touch of granulated garlic powder.
