Description
Ingredients: (4 people)
3 large potatoes
2 eggs
2 large carrots
70 gr. frozen peas
200 gr. tuna in oil (2 cans)
some pitted green olives
prawn tails Cocktail First size M
salt
bread sticks
For the mayonnaise:
1 egg at room temperature
sunflower oil
a pinch of salt
Put a pot with water and salt over high heat.
Cut the washed vegetables into squares.
When the water starts to boil, add the vegetables.
Remove the vegetables and add the eggs. Cook them for 12 min.
On a tray, place the vegetables and add the crumbled tuna, the olives cut into slices and the Cocktail First size M prawn tails, mix everything.
Add the mayonnaise to the tray and grate the hard-boiled eggs over it.
Use the breadsticks to accompany.
