6 tablespoons mayonnaise<\/p>\n
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard<\/p>\n

3 chopped pickles<\/p>\n

In a saucepan with water and salt, cook the 6 eggs for 12 minutes.<\/p>\n
While in a frying pan we saut\u00e9 the two carrots cut into very small cubes.<\/p>\n
In a bowl we put the tablespoons of mayonnaise, the yolks of the boiled eggs, the mustard, the chopped pickles, the carrots and salt. Mix everything with a spoon and set aside. We cut the Cocktail First prawn tails, reserving one prawn tail for garnish and mix them in the bowl.<\/p>\n
